Walmart has subwoofers that will take 1800 real watts on the test bench and hit low for $80 bucks a woofer they are on sale sometimes for $60 bucks. Seen one guy put 2900 watts through one in less than a minute. Great video

Stan, thanks for this. I was hung up on the factory system being 2 ohm speakers, but most aftermarket speakers are 4 ohm. I thought there might be some incompatibility.

Great video Stan! My xterra has the rocksford fosgate premium sound system. it has a compact sub under the driver seat. with my upgraded head unit, the sound quality is more than good for wifey. I would like to have more bass but it's not a deal breaker.

Oh nice !! from what I been told that a pretty solid system already , if you dont need extra crazy loud system. So maybe yeah you good in that department already lol ) also happy wife happy life.. no need to spend extra money and then get asked questions.. where did that came from ? lol 🤣

Another great video! I am planning for a speaker upgrade in the spring. I have a Kenwood head unit and was looking for speakers. Going to definitely give these a try. Do you have the part number for the dash speakers?
