idk if you still have it but you might have to turn down the microphone gain in the windows settings to 0 db. (right click the slider and select decibel)

fifine is much MUCH better in my opinion. I had really bad experience with tonor. fifine was a lifesaver

Sort of depends on what you're going for! I personally like the added mute feature on this one, but the volume knob on the Fifine was also nice to have instead of buttons.

It doesn't really sound that much different. The more expensive mic sounded a little better, but for the whole setup to be 50 $ and sound that close, I don't really care.
