well, Alen the time for me is when it rains for more than4 days and then my budgies start to breed like crazy. I have so many of them i only charge half of what the store charges. heck I sometimes give them away for free. the last time I tried to count them I was at like 70. well, it all started when a lonely female budgie flew to mw in my front yard and then i picked her up and then I bought a male now I have so many, I can't even tell you how many I have.

This vid reminded me to feed my chicks this morning! My budgies do their own thing but sometimes hens will fight over a nest and get hurt and quit feeding the chicks, i have 4 from day before yesterday just getting the hang of the spoon

Some time a budiges can breed in 4 to 6 month but some of them take an year . This year a mail bread with me at 1 years and 2 months .

So I bought a budgie 1 day ago and She was perfectly fine she was playing with her friends in the store and after I bought her I noticed that she was pregnant and she has the symptoms of egg binding she keeps throwing up and now she's puffing herself and she's bobbing her tails and she can't possibly eat much she's trying her best to eat properly but she can't also she keeps sitting on top of the Nest box or sometimes just sitting normally now I'm confused is this egg binding or Bacterial budgie infections ?

Hey I have 2 budgies but they keep fighting for everything. They dont perch on my finger for longer times and bite a lot. They are semi trained and just rush out of their cage to come outside. They are not abled to be trained at all

budgies are not monogamous at all. female budgies will allow multiple to mate with her, this is why breeders avoid colony breeding. budgies will breed at anytime they have at least 12 of light per day, adding lots of fresh foods like spouts in diet and access to water to bath in or a bird shower just about guarantees breeding

I decided to experience breeding. 8 months later, I discovered that I misgendered two offspring!! Cere color means nothing, whereas BEHAVIORS mean everything!! The father has a very bright pink cere! One offspring, a male, also has a bright pink cere, and i had to seperate him from 2 female offspring. Fighting began!! It got nasty!! If you do breed, it's a wonderful experience!! Be careful as offspring mature, if you dont want any more breeding, you may think you have genders seperated... when in fact you don't! GOOD LUCK!!
