That was a great video guys! Out of all the fitness you tube channels I’ve subscribed too yours is only one I have never had to think about unsubscribing to. So many other channels get all caught up in debates about best workouts and who’s using. You guys stay clear from all that drama. Thank you. And also you guys, and especially Hudson, have been a big motivation for me to stay in shape. I’ve had 8 shoulder surgeries over the last 10 years. And so when I got back to doing workouts at home I had to basically start over with light dumbbells and I now focus more on warming up properly, form and good contractions, and stretching afterwards. I’ve gained about 60% of my strength back but I know I will never be as strong as I once was. But you guys have taught me the value of being happy with how you look at yourself in the mirror and not trying to look like everybody else. Thanks again guys! @@aldairmolina89 Frank Zane is 5'7, this dudes are 6'2. Also look both their dad AND mom, they're HUGE, brandon as teen had big fucking hands, arms and feet (dude literally looks like a fucking slanderman) , just didn't had the front size to equalize. Not saying that is impossible that they did roids, but, these guys really look like they have huge genetics and have been working out for almost 20 years now.

You guys parallel my brother and me in a lot of ways. He's a couple years younger, same hair color dynamic, he's an illustrator while I'm a writer, he's a little taller, etc. Though, you guys are both about 100 pounds heavier than we are. Haha Also, I'm feeling a bit called out. I was totally watching this video on the porcelain throne. You know your viewers too well. Haha

I'm surprised this is the first Q&A y'all have done. Been a fan of the channel for over 6 years and I'm glad to see you grow. Stay buff!

People who are asking them to share blood tests to show they are natty....it's not that easy. If they want to prove they are natty, they have to do blood tests every few weeks and share those results with us for a long period, so we can see if they keep their muscle or lose it. People should know that.

We would just have to look for red flags in their most recent test, a full report from an endocrinologist can show different enzymes and hormones and whether they are within range. Anything that seems out of wack for a healthy and active looking person could be potential signs of exogenous hormone use OR a health condition that needs to be checked. Testosterone levels alone cannot prove anything but a full report can help to make inferences.

@Simz Zxy yea they have no incentive to do that nor do I care if they are natural or not. And yea we talks about PED use needs to be less stigmatized and thought of as “cheating”, I don’t support PED use but I don’t really care either. It’s only cheating when it is a competition where the rules say PEDs are banned. Besides laws, steroids aren’t cheating if there is no rule in life that says to not use it.
@Cody_Ramer3 жыл бұрын
@Simz Zxy people that have not done anything with their lives accuse others of cheating in order to retain their fragile ego. Because they refuse to admit that of they had actually been doing the thing for decades instead of just sitting around doing nothing they would be in a similar place. And that applies to everything not just working out and eating right.

Really awesome to hear "i didn't get serious until 30" cause neither have I and sometimes I almost feel like it's too late. Always found Hudson very relatable. Also, I would 100% buy your cookbook.

I love you guys, your content always keeps me motivated. When I first started working out in like 2015 you were my encyclopedia. I learned to cook from you, used many of your programs (I even downloaded a PDF you guys had and took it with me to the gym) and mostly you guys seem like so much fun to be around, I’ve always worked out alone and coming back to your channel makes me feel like I’m a buff dude too. Thanks guys 💪

I know that you guys are natural. Im not saying that because you don’t look good. You guys look great. You have great genetics. The reason why people say you are not natural is because, it is easier for them not to put in the hard work that you two have put in. You guys have amazing content. I enjoy watching every week. And don’t take the whole steroid thing to heart. You guys look like what 99% of what guys want to look like.

Buff dudes been out here making dudes buff for years. Took your advice YEARS AGO. 2016 is when I started 2 years i bulked 40 total pounds of lean muscle and landed at 220 solid at 11% bf. Wonderful advice. You just have to apply yourself. Make it happen. Now I’m a skinny fat nightmare. A good refresher is always helpful. Stick to your goal you will get it ;)
