Hey buff dude, I wanna offer you a little advice for the marinade. It's the Chick-Fil-A style, my dad used to operate one when I was growing up. I know the formula lol Slice your chicken up as you did, mix together Pickle juice (with a splash of water to cut the acidity) Mustard Pepper Salt Sugar (optional, it helps though) You can use Italian herbs, lightly (basil, oregano, and thyme - it won't make it taste like Italian food all said and done) Celery salt Smoked paprika Garlic and onion powder Marinate for 12 hours at least Most tender, flavorful chicken you will ever eat. You can bread it how Chick-FIl-A does and fry it, or throw it in the oven on a rack to bake! (high heat, just below broil) It'll taste exactly like their grilled chicken.

I started watching you dudes around 3 and a half years ago, and it helped me stay motivated to go from around 260 down to 190 and build a body I adored. As the gyms closed, bad life events, etc.. I slowly fizzled out of fitness and my diet. With that being said, I got back to 260 lbs, lost some muscle, but now am going HARD, binging the HELL out of buff dudes videos, and the road ahead feels and looks incredible. Thank you so much for the videos you create, and thank you for being super entertaining, likeable, and motivating. As a retro synthwave music producer myself I have to give a shoutout to Mattie Maguire who's made a lot of the music you hear on this channel. This video for example has his track "Look Where That Got You" playing. And one of his most popular (and his best imo) tracks, which can be heard on Buff Dudes channel as well is "Racing Hearts". If that doesn't get you pumped for running or hitting the gym, nothing will. You can find all these tracks on Spotify for example.

i have 2 questions about your meal prep. 1- why is rice a go-to for meal prep and workout? It seems high calorie, high carb, and not the best choice for weight loss or maintenance. 2- how long did you cook your chicken? i have the same cooker as you [ Traeger ] when I cook chicken it turns into steak or chicken leather.

I'm 216lb 6 foot 2, i lost 132lb (320lb to 188lb) then around 2020 i went upto 270lb when gyms closed / lockdown happened. I then lost more weight and dropped to 225lb in April 2022. I had a tummy tuck and some minor flank liposuction in April 2022 and lost another 10lb from surgery. I then maintained 215/216lb ever since. I'm unsure if I want to focus on cutting or bulking now. I'm around 16-17% BF I can see my abs BARELY in good lighting. 18 inch arms flexed (none pumped) What route should I go? I'm on 2.2k calories a day (200 grams of protein). I train full body workouts 3 days a week and hit 7k steps daily. I feel eating abit above maintenance would suit my goals. But the contradiction is I don't know what my goals. \o/
