Loved this. I think everyone can appreciate the honesty and how genuine you guys are. I have to thank you for a lot. Especially during this pandemic. I'm at high-risk for complications from COVID-19 and have had to spend a lot of my time trapped inside of my house. I started working out (for the first time in years) to take my mind off of things and focus on something. During that time I found your channel and it completely changed the way that I workout and it also provides me with a lot of joy. I'm the same age as Hudson so it definitely feels relatable and easy to connect with. I can't say it enough, you guys. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Really great information guys. With the Cardio question I found that it actually did not become as much of a chore because i realised I love running, and I love lifting. The takeaway I get from what you pointed out is "Do what you're happy doing." because if you're UNHAPPY doing any exercise, particularly if you hate Cardio, you'll find every excuse to avoid it. Finding you guys when I first started my real workout journey was absolutely transformative for me. Quick tips from an italian: when they talk about lbs just consider a little less then the half. For example: 140lbs = 63kg ( 1kg= 2,2lbs). And about inches and feet: 6 feet are 1,80m , 5 feet 7 inches is 170 cm

That was a great video guys! Out of all the fitness you tube channels I’ve subscribed too yours is only one I have never had to think about unsubscribing to. So many other channels get all caught up in debates about best workouts and who’s using. You guys stay clear from all that drama. Thank you. And also you guys, and especially Hudson, have been a big motivation for me to stay in shape. I’ve had 8 shoulder surgeries over the last 10 years. And so when I got back to doing workouts at home I had to basically start over with light dumbbells and I now focus more on warming up properly, form and good contractions, and stretching afterwards. I’ve gained about 60% of my strength back but I know I will never be as strong as I once was. But you guys have taught me the value of being happy with how you look at yourself in the mirror and not trying to look like everybody else. Thanks again guys! I might try out one of your workout books to give me some ideas. Where can I get those?

hes probably going to say "I think they've taken something, and might be on a small TRT like cycle to maintain their size". That's thing with these natty or nots. It can be a compliment for awhile, but can also diminish someone's image or their business if they're actually natural. Honestly I don't think they're natural after watching MPMDs video on them, but they're still really entertaining and have lots of great information to share.

@Chidori457 watch MPMDs video on the buff dudes, it's mostly on Brandon's transformation video. For me, I think it's possible Brandon's used something. Their idols were guys like arnold and frank Zane, and Brandon at his peak, having a balance of great muscular development while being pretty shredded, arguably looks the same size, or bigger than Zane was, who obviously used steroids.
@renandjusta
@renandjusta 3 жыл бұрын
@@aldairmolina89 Frank Zane is 5'7, this dudes are 6'2. Also look both their dad AND mom, they're HUGE, brandon as teen had big fucking hands, arms and feet (dude literally looks like a fucking slanderman) , just didn't had the front size to equalize. Not saying that is impossible that they did roids, but, these guys really look like they have huge genetics and have been working out for almost 20 years now.

People who are asking them to share blood tests to show they are natty....it's not that easy. If they want to prove they are natty, they have to do blood tests every few weeks and share those results with us for a long period, so we can see if they keep their muscle or lose it. People should know that.

We would just have to look for red flags in their most recent test, a full report from an endocrinologist can show different enzymes and hormones and whether they are within range. Anything that seems out of wack for a healthy and active looking person could be potential signs of exogenous hormone use OR a health condition that needs to be checked. Testosterone levels alone cannot prove anything but a full report can help to make inferences.

@Simz Zxy yea they have no incentive to do that nor do I care if they are natural or not. And yea we talks about PED use needs to be less stigmatized and thought of as “cheating”, I don’t support PED use but I don’t really care either. It’s only cheating when it is a competition where the rules say PEDs are banned. Besides laws, steroids aren’t cheating if there is no rule in life that says to not use it.
@Cody_Ramer
@Cody_Ramer 3 жыл бұрын
@Simz Zxy people that have not done anything with their lives accuse others of cheating in order to retain their fragile ego. Because they refuse to admit that of they had actually been doing the thing for decades instead of just sitting around doing nothing they would be in a similar place. And that applies to everything not just working out and eating right.
