3 months ago I was involved in an accident and hit my upper back, neck and back head suffering a severe concussion. Back then I did bodyweight training four times a week and cardio on 3 days, but now I am still struggling just to walk 500 metres in day light because of light sensitivy problems, muscle pain, severe fatigue etc. I have gained 9.5 kilos in 3 moths and lost all my gains from before the accident, since I am still not able to do simple weightless exercises at all. The Buff Dudes fill my grey days with hope, positivity and inspiration. Even on the days when I truly struggle with everything, because I just can´t find a positive element in my current condition, I always find your channel and I regain confidence, optimism and hopes for the future of my personal life and training. Thank you so much!!!!! Your videos are much more important, than you think. :-)

Bulk buy if you're in a position to do so, anything from your carbs (pasta, rice, oats, bagels) to protein or fats (protein powder, nutbutters) to micros (canned or frozen veggies.) Fatty protein also brings in the calories, like 80/20 mince, eggs, frozen or canned fish, whole chicken etc. Carbs aren't the enemy as long as you're using them. Investing in a big freezer can be made worth it with a few killer sales. Most of my buddies bulk cheaper than most people live since it's just that kind of shit washed down with some sauces. And summer season we all go volume and spend just as much if not more. :'') It's kinda sad when I think about it.

If you look at the average American today versus during the “golden era“ you will see a drastic increase in obesity, heart disease and diabetes compared to back then. This is not from a red meat and high-protein diet. This is primarily from high carbohydrate/sugar diet. Many of these things are hidden in food with names that people aren’t trained to recognize including corn products. High protein and fat diets make you strong and healthy. High carbohydrate diet make you weak and sick. Don’t let the so-called experts fool you. They need you sick so they can make money off of you from cradle to grave.

Not many fruits grow in USA's harsh climate. Many fruit bearing species from tropical regions are cross breeded with similar species the naturally grow in USA climate and then selectively breeding the genes with desirable properties, such as ability to grow in USA climate.

I'm 50 years old. I did this in the 80's, with 1/2 gallon of milk, 2 protein shakes. I also sometimes a pint Haggan Daz, bought at my country store if I was below my daily 5,000 calories. I didn't do a gallon of milk because I was 5'8 and small boned. I was motivated my the magazines and books of OG bodybuilders mentioned in this video. I was fun. It worked. I didn't need steroids. But, it permanently shot up my bp and cholesterol. I've been doing functional, HT cardio type stuff since the early 90's, and my bp and chl levels still suck!

I love the content, y'all are taking a different approach than most influencers which I feel makes you guys more entertaining, time for my pre workout and shake and AM training routine

An important factor you may not be considering is that milk, beef, and cheese prior to the 1960's was organic and pasture-raised. Factory farming and heavy usage of pesticides really took off in the 1960's and increased until the 1990's. This may impact your results significantly

Phillip Mullis Im willing to bet most people’s assumptions of their liquid intake is actually much lower than reality. A gallon of water alone is hard to pull off everyday. Not to mention the additional 6,000 calories of hardy food these guys need. The Buff Dudes are probably bigger than 99% of people in the comment section and you can see how difficult just one of those tasks are. Rehydrating from sweating all day isn’t what these guys were doing.

I mean there are so many supplement now days for gains and for fat burning. So, *can you do a "supplement diet" ?* Like meal replacement formulas, all-in-ones, creatines, fat burners etc. One of you could be on gaining mass diet, the other of fat burning(actual topic in the summer, could result a lot of views 😉) (In a safe way for you, of course)
