Yes! This is exactly what I needed. I'm completely clueless about anything weight training related. Thank you for this tutorial. I would love to see more like this. 40 pounds down, 40 more to go (with help from a lot of your videos, especially the motivationals). But for this round, I want to get rid of the flab. Thank you Buff Dudes! STAY BUFF 💪

Helpful as always. I definitely neglected my shoulders for a long time (because I didn't know what I was doing), so I really enjoy all of the shoulder routines and tips you guys put out. Even the basics! They have changed my lifting game for sure.

I always thought front raises aren't necessary for the majority of people because front delts get enough work from OHP and bench... If anything the rear delts tend to need more work.

What training for the rotator cuff??????
@hartgemini0073 жыл бұрын
Great video especially as mentioned the shoulders are very easy to injure having had rotator cuff issue from tennis serving years ago. One thing I’ve added with huge benefit recently is more rear delt work as it helps stabilise the area in addition gives you a more balanced look. One of the very few sites I trust as most are trying to sell you overpriced zero researched products offering magical results & have no idea what they are talking about ?

Latimus Delterior What-a-mus? Dammit, Brandon! I'm a aspiring buff dude, not a doctor! Seriously, thanks for these -- I need to work on the rotator cuff a little more; it's been a little sore lately. And yes, I need to elevate my form better.
@ac124843 жыл бұрын
Greg Doucette, please comment on this, is this good advice?
@Dennis-de1ji3 жыл бұрын
Brandon you got some things wrong. 1. The rotator Cuff consists of 4 muscles not 3 2. The Supraspinatus muscle from an upright position is only an abductor! For it to produce an internal rotation the humerus must be externally rotated either by doing just that or abducting the shoulder joint (the arthrokinematics of the shoulder have the humerus externally rotate while abducting)

2:35 better would be a whole range of motion. Goal: the forearm vertical (when you have enough flexibility). With that you are not only strengthening the rotator cuff, but also stretching it.

You're right, the shoulder joint is very vulnerable to injury. I'm glad you mentioned this, along with some movements to help fortify that area. So readers don't overtax them & avoid funky & uncomfortable movements.
