Very nice get up of waiters in Sindhi Ajrak, which really enhances their outlook and hats off to the owner, who has given a new idea of serving food in desi village environment. Exactly the food in villages tastes quit different, thin liquidy gravy works for this specific area of potohar , our paye tastes very different from lahori paye just like he said mild spices and most of the times less salty. Sometimes people confuse it with lahori taste but what i have seen in my village basic ingredients are usually same for most meaty food.
