Thats also because Jasmine is technically the bigger overall threat and there were more capable fighters around that were somewhat ready to deal with him such as Gunn and Connor. Angelus was the big kahuna in this season. Angelus was meant to be the chaos embodied and promote anarchy in Season 4 of Angel.

I think Angelus in Angel S4 was more immediate plan focused...like Job #1 get out of the cage. Job #2 turn Faith. But in Buffy S2, it was all about torturing Buffy. Angelus only found out about Acathla through Dru.

It's a weird his face is alot more terrifying than the other vamps? We've seen Buffy dust plenty of vamps and they all have the same pretty faces when they vamp out but there's something about Angelus that sets him apart from the rest and makes him more terrifying.

Then there's also that he can move soooo much faster than other vampires. And the whole voice booming off the walls thing he did when Buffy confronted him in 1x07 was so amazing.

Joey Rhodes, that is English. “Angelus” is the scary vampire version of Angel, and “Buffy” and “Angel” are tv shows where the character Angel turned into Angelus with different degrees of scariness.

So I've already mentioned that there's three glass pieces in Buffy's front door that she never looks out to check who's on the porch. She just opens the door where she can be attacked. But now this episode her blinds are open she even makes the point of looking at them and then proceeds to take her clothes off to get into her pajamas. With the blinds open!! I'm sure we're not the only ones that can see her through the blinds.

@@mamaslillele Angelus loves to kill females, he would much rather kill women, he even loved to tease them as a human He killed schoolgirls and nuns, he tried to be an artist of physical and emotional torture alike, I would say he enjoyed emotional torture even moreso considering he would always play with his victims before killing them like a very patient cat for instance

Joss whedon decided that Jenny becomes the straw in Angelus’s target😈 in this episode the best, so frightening!😱And just sad for Robia lamorte Scott had to leave💔 poor Giles was so close to forgive Jenny who felt terrible for betraying him and Buffy but instead found dead on his bed with O Soave Fanciulla , From "La Boheme" song is very convincing with horrified tragic 😞💔 (but the actress is fine and well💖👍 and I think David B actually felt bad for killing her off then but had to stay in his evil character😂👍 was just doing the job in order to keep the ratings going up by joss’s plans in order to show what truly a big bad villain Angelus😈 is, when a vampire without his soul is just convincing enough👍

I remember watching this. this scene is so bad at first. Buffy needs to try her best to kill Angelus before he sends her to hell. Oh, and by the way, I could be worse than Angelus. I always laugh in an evil way
