Jackie Gleason Died on my moms birthday in 1987. That was also my high school graduation year. I came today to see this reel. A line I pulled from Gleason years ago that I just said the other day was "I've got 'em boxed in like a turtles pecker" which is not in this reel, but that's OK. This man was the epitome of funny, and actually a very good actor. I miss him. All the greats are dead as far as I'm concerned.

Burt said that he used to host parties when he was with Dinah Shore and Hollywood royalty used to come, including Gleason. Gleason would do the "southern Sheriff" impersonation that Burt loved.
