LEAN MEAN GRINDING MACHINE! I just received my Trirec a couple days ago and I'm absolutely thrilled with the sound! I purchased the amp for Metal which is probably quite obvious, but I was pleasantly surprised to hear how fantastic the classic rock tones were as well. This is a truly inspiring piece of equipment!Cheers from Thunder Bay!

I absolutely LOVE my trirec.. the reverb is meh, but everything else is wow. I get reverb an noise gate for the popping sound when channel switching from my digital processor anyway.. great job Bugera.

I had 3 in a row, all blew up, I mean sparks flying! I liked the layout and sound in general. The presence on each channel was a great feature, but the effect only kicked in at around 95% up, so it didn't works that well. Something about the effect loop was badly designed, I think the reverb was tapping pre-loop so a noise supressor didn't really work unles I used an outside reverb. Whatever it was it didn't work for me... The feel of the knobs is great. I think a Boogie TC-50 is where I'd go now, if i wanted something like this again.. FWIW

I think you can, but you'd better check the diameter of the 88's, because they may be too big depending on which model ;-)

Lovely sound just please turn off that horrid reverb, and rip that noisy spring out of the box. Why in the world did you put it in this amp anyways? How about Resonance knob instead? No one is going to use this reverb anyways, so why that thing when you could have the reso knob wich is way more usefull? That reverb killed the lovely tube sound I could dig out from the chaos. I know these amps are made in china inside coal mines, but ripping out resonance knob and replacing it with some horrid rusty spring for reverb? I wanna buy this amp, seriously, and the spring is the first thing im ripping out of it as soon as it comes here.. I do not want any springs to resonate inside my amp. I already have 2 practice amps with springs inside. Thats enough to tell that it is a very bad idea and reverb made of springs inside a guitar amp don´t sound good, nor does the amp with the springs bouncing and vibrating inside it. Any external digital reverb will be more practical and have more functions and produce better sound so no one is going to use that built in reverb in any serious project. Spring reverb is fine as long as you keep that thing far away from the amp and the speaker cab... please. Put it somewhere where it can actually work and do its job. Somewhere at the back of the stage inside a big wardrobe where no one is looking at it. By the way, I am buying this amp!

I own one of these amp heads since 2014 and I don't like its tone and can't make it work properly plus it has an annoying popping sound every time I change a channel and the tubes they use don't think they are good.I didn't tried to swap them but I don't think it will make any change to the tone of this head... Don't think I'll keep it anymore.😡😡😡😡😡
