A tip for fishing that seem to work "TOO WELL" (might even get patched later). Stay 3 or 4 tiles away from the water tile. That way the bigger fish (+40cm) can be catch without even too much fight

@@bogykhan Yeah :D Tip for you - You might want to visit Trailer park to the south. There are two actually. One has a car wrecks where you might find some usable car with fuel :D I found a van with Q97 engine, pristine condition, and another car with full tank of fuel :D

sinks have to be indoors for plumbing, surround it with walls and a door

Im about to hit Jan 1st in my CDDA game. You're really good at this game. Im not on that level of skills yet. But im surviving alright. Food is very difficult to get hold of. Surviving on berries and last of my dead live stocks. Gotta figure something out.

It seems to be that plumbing sinks is not possible at the moment, perhaps in future releases of build 42 it will return, or a mod may show up.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think you get more bites when you fish where there are ripples/bubbles in the water. Hope this helps.

They say in 42 you should only cast you fishing rod into ripples in the water otherwise the chances are horrible to catch fish.

Yes i noticed but even if you cast into ripples still takes a long time in winter because of bad temperatures

It's below zero in winter. Fishing may be very difficult and not worth the struggle. Try trapping.

for some reason, i can't boil tainted water in B42, any tips ?

Only way i was able to boil water is by filling cooking pot and boil it , nothing else works

You need to light the fire/oven and then put the pot in it. Lighting the fire after the pot is inside doesn't work. And I think it only works with the regular soup pot and the bucket. saucepans, tin cans don't work

Buckets and the small pots with handle work as well. Dont get impatiant with buckets cause its seems bigger amount of water now takes longer too

@@bogykhan Don't be afraid to pause or remove music at certain times, you have a great voice! Find a couple songs for various themes, like chill, combat, funny, intense, sad, etc. and get multiple versions and rotate them through. I used to edit a lot for advertising content.
