Omg Vicky!! Two sets?!? Wow girl I can’t do it lol 😂 I been working out 2 years now and nope I can’t breathe and I’m pooring sweat!! I haven’t sweat this much since I first started at 197 pounds now I’m 125 pounds and size 4 pants and loving it!!!! 🎉❤❤ but girl I can only do 1 set! But it’s also 6pm and I already did my 2 hour workout this morning so this was just a late night workout 🏋️♀️ to get another set on my bootayyy today lol 😂 but tomorrow morning comes girl both sets here we go!!!!🎉🎉🎉🎉 Can’t wait Vicky thank you so much love this!! This is first workout that truly challenged me too finish!!! Since I got in shape lol 😂 so thank you I absolutely love it!! And I’m actually excited to try both rounds tomorrow can’t wait girrrrllllll!!💝💝💝

Vicky I’m loving your 2024 bootcamp program so far on your app! I wanted to request a future program based on the woman’s menstrual cycle. More and more data is coming out about how beneficial it is to work out according to your cycle, for instance doing less-intense exercises during your period and not tensing your core as much to allow for the natural release of blood, etc. I tend to do more of your Pilates workouts on days 1-3 of my period then start going up in intensity, but it would be so cool if you had a whole program we could follow 😍❤

I've heard that it's actually best to do HIIT and fast during your period from Dr Mindy Pelz. Because that's the time when our hormones level. As far as my experience HIIT exercise helps the shedding.

That’s interesting! I’ve definitely heard mixed things and each person is different but I usually decrease the intensity of my workouts on days 1 and 2 of bleeding and then slowly build up from there.

How often do you do this every week? Do you do it everytime it’s your lower body workout day? Or more? I was training my glutes and AB’s everyday and every other day adding my legs and arms chest and back but now I started doing what you recommended with our abs and glutes well whole body lol 😂 I do your schedule of 2/3 days abs per week and glutes 2/3 times per week and arms and legs 3/4 times?

I would think maybe 2-3 times cause it’s intense. Ideally you wanna train lower body 3x a week. Maybe do this workout 2x and then for your third lower body day do more booty bands workouts or body weight/light weight

Obviously, you don't lift heavy weight behind the knees if you're not capable of doing so. Or if you find it uncomfortable, it's up to you to make that judgement. Many people do it just fine light/heavy. You could use a resistant band instead or a pilates ball. The bottom line is, that it's not on her that you can't do it or find it uncomfortable.
