@@AliviaSpain some tips I have is - eating foods with protein - only doing it 3-4 days a week ( so your muscles can rest and grow ) - try fixing your form or adding bands for a better result -when doing these workouts, trying tightening your core or like squeezing your buttocks , it really helps

Im going to start this because i’m going to the beach in around 1 month, and i have to start my journey all over again because i dislocated my knee 🩼 and can finally start doing exercises again! please guys like or comment to keep me going i promise ill update 💗 Day one: Pretty hard had to take some breaks but feel the burn! I want to cry from the first two minutes but it works soo good. I've been doing it for 4 days (3 work out and 1 break) and It is 1 cm bigger wich is a really good sign. I am probably going to upload how it goes after a few days ❤️ I totally recommend it

@@oliviapicz Yes I do only this work out. The story behind this is that my relationship with gym is not really good so I decided to strat small with these ten minutes. That helped me see it more friendly wich I think it's the most important part. Before some months I have tried a non equipment programm from this chanel (it was 20 minutes) I ll search it.. Ну что , начинаю 😼 буду делать неделю.В конце напишу результаты 👀 Начало: 1 день - ягодицы горят 😬 + сделала тренировку на пресс 2 день -☑️ 3 день -☑️ + тренировка на пресс 4 день -☑️ 5 день -☑️ 6 день -☑️ 7 день -☑️ + тренировка на пресс Конец 🎉 Результаты: Вау эффекта за неделю можете не ждать, но мои ягодицы немного подтянулись. Буду продолжать заниматься + добавлю упражнения с весом, буду делать 3 раза в неделю. Вернусь сюда 10 января, всех с наступающим Новым годом 🎆🎉🥳

И это уже плюс 👍🏻 Также не очень правильно качать ягодицы каждый день, им нужен отдых . Но для меня это будет челлендж так сказать. Поэтому я буду каждый день на протяжении недели их делать

Absolutely love this workout 💪🏽. I can definitely feel it working , been doing her other butt workout for a week and two days now been doing it every morning before I go to work . I'm going to add this as my nighttime workout and see how much growth I get ☺️. I'm sure my family will let me know the progress 👏🏽💪🏽😊

Day 1 ✅ Day 2 ✅ Day 3 ✅ Day 4 ✅ Day 5 ✅ Day 6 ✅ Day 7 ✅ So, those who are asking does it work. It actually works for me perfectly. Workout not only targets butt but also the thighs, belly and love handles. I have lost 1.5 inch from my love handle part. Earned an inch in my butt. Everyone try it once. Everyone has different body so it will affect differently but you will love the burn! Ivana, i am doing all your workouts! Love from India❤

I did it with using a band as well, I felt it was efficient all around:)) love your videos, so well done:the outfit and background too. You seemingly put much effort into it! Congrats and keep it on

2 weeks in these do work . To be honest Ive only been doing 15 seconds each leg movement, because im old and overweight I didnt want to hurt myself and I have already noticed the difference. So i recommend doing what you can and dont give up. For me it was less than what is shown, and it still made a difference.

So I’m leaving a comment to update every day I do it (I’m injured at the hip so there might be days where I won’t be able to because of the pain) Day 1 - ✅ Made me sweat a bit but it felt great Day 2- ❌ Couldn’t do it because of the pain but still tried
