I mean you could girly but you’re muscles actually grow when they rest! So it’s best to do it 3 times a week, like; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday then have Tuesday and Thursday as rest days. Or cardio days the same goes for the weekend, you just need to listen to what works for your beautiful body! And don’t overdue it because you’ll burn yourself out! You also need to be eating enough protein, after your booty workouts so that it goes straight to those glutes that are on fireeee!💖🔥

@@nadia_here of course! I hope I was able to help that’s just some info I’ve gotten from Vicky in her other past videos! Also sameee omg!! Im trying to lose weight and eat less but I forget I have to eat for the booty gains😭😂 honestly protein bars or protein powder works really good! Sometimes when I’m too sore or tired to move I’ll just get a quick protein bar! But the protein shakes are sooo goood too!! And they’re pretty filling too! How’s your workout progress doing?? I just started again 3 days ago and today is going to be my 4th day working out consecutively!😭 I struggle so much with staying consistent and with getting motivated 😭😂

Heyyy can u helped out I have really bad love handles they just dont go.away also my body is jiggly but I look normal weight (could be due to low muscles but I have calves muscles and thigh as well but it's jiggly af )I don't know what to do I look skinny fat but w alot of fat as if im almost overweight i have jiggly arms love handles back fat thigh fat calves fat alot of it and so on ..what to do to get lean toned look I don't have weights nor can I buy them nor I can go to gym is there something I can do at home or what should I do
