Respekt. Wirklich ein cooles Projekt. Hast du den Adapter bei "8:50" per FDM gedruckt? Wieviel Moment geht denn darüber und welches Material hast du gewählt? Viele Grüße

Hallöchen, das Teil war noch aus meiner Zeit bevor ich einen eigenen Drucker hatte. Das war aus PA per SLS bei meltwerk.com gedruckt. Das Moment kenne ich nicht, da hilft nur probieren und fette Dimensionierung .

@@modularmobility2276 Ok, das ergibt Sinn. Aber deine aus Pla gedruckte Felge muss ja letztlich das gleiche Drehmoment aufnehmen. Das ist schon gigantisch, dass sie das mitmacht. Oder ist sie mittlerweile auch mal gebrochen?

Die Felge ist noch heile. Grundsätzlich ist PLA nicht sooo schlecht. Schau dir doch mal mein Video über gedruckte Zahnräder an (Junk or Joker). 45Nm über ein 40mm Zahnrad (20mm breit) ist ein super Wert. Von 25MPa kannst du 90° zur Druckrichtung, und 50MPa in Druckrichtung kannst du ausgehen. Die Drucktemperatur muss schön hoch sein, gerade bei dicker Düse.

Nice work. I would change the 3d printing material to PETG.. its better than PLA for that kind of use.. (wheels an similar)..

Yes, with respect to its mech properties you are right. I am just afraid I won't succeed printing such a big and massive part (650g) without serious warping issues.

@@modularmobility2276 well.. petg is not so vulnerable to warping as ABS, you will do just fine.. try to use wide brim or skirt and build a simple enclousure.. that will do the trick.. trust me, petg is easy than you think ;) keep up the good work.

@@romex66 I print with PETG regularly nowadays, but warping is indeed a problem even with enclosure. Not as much as ABS but still. Brim helps, but it's not always 100% solution. It requires some experience. So I understand his hesitance to gamble 650g of material.

@@gajdusekmichal well.. it warps only at the bottom, if you cant solve warping at any way.. there is an easy way, you just lift the item up and it prints on supports ;) 650g of wasted filament? there is always a way to use a failed print somehow .. imagination is the limit :)

Bei der Kraft, sollte man gerade bei den offen laufenden Ketten und Zahnrädern sehr aufpassen, laufen doch sehr knapp an einem Bein vorbei, da sollte man noch etwas an der Sicherheit arbeiten ;-)!!!
