So I actually got rid of my clear Oakley visor when I got my first Speedflex and picked up the clear Prizm one (since there's no middle tab), for the sole reason that I thought I was going to break the clear one. Do you guys have similar concerns? Granted, I was also using an SF-2BDC-TX and not the SF-2EG-II, but I still feel like the integrity of the visor is compromised

Generic Computer Corp All visors are made out of hard plastic so in theory, all our susceptible to cracking. While we’ve seen all the different brands of visors crack it’s very uncommon. Probably less than 0.1% crack before it’s gotten a full life of use out of it regardless of the brand or color.

There is some truth to it but it’s not that easy. During the reconditioning process you can change the pads, but the helmet shell is still the size it came as
