I understand why they might not, but wouldn’t it be nice if they designed the kit to be modular without the use of magnets? Still, a lot less magnetization than I thought there would be.

The less options is a cool concept I haven’t thought of. I’ve been wanting to buy a bane blade for a while now, and have obviously looked into magnetising to get the most value for my money, but all the octoblade builds always look so flimsy, like it would do my head in trying to move it around while playing it would fall apart? This looks like a much more sturdy option! So thank you. !

Could you glue in the piece at the back which covers the engine or glue it to the back of the Shadowsword hull?

@@tabletopskirmishgames it needs to be loose for the octoblade. Baneblade and Shadowsword are the most iconic super heavies though.

You can do it! 🤣 It's such an awesome kit, and having the different weapon options is a good idea to get the most out of it; especially with the new 10th edition rules and changes to the weapon stats over time. I'd definitely say building it for the 5 options instead of 8 is easier.

I don't have the Time or tools to magnetize everything so sadly I am stuck with a shadowsword Even though its my favorite build

Almost every time I've left them all on. With the new Codex on the horizon I'd be tempted to wait, but even so it's awesome to have every weapon you can on it!
