Sal hit it on the nail with the kids stories , my wife was always wondering how come dad's dont react like mom with pregnancy but Sal make the point completely. Love the family talk as much as the fitness

I love how you all talk so positively about being parents and how you all take pride in being fathers. Too many times you hear people talk about the downsides. You all make me excited to be a parent in the future!

That’s for sure.. I might of heard two-three people tell me they love it.. everyone else talks about the difficulties.. however I’m definitely happy without kids myself
Love you guys and great job as always. The book Sal is talking about is called "Love you forever". It gets me everytime I read it to my kids as well. Also, China now allows 3 kids per household. Chinese gov also give you monetary assistance if you have 3 kids.

Yes! 🙌🙌 exactly what I needed to get ready for my next phase to focus on conditioning and explosive movements. Been bingeing on your content for a month now. Was about to look up old content I use to watch but was glad I decided to tune in for today’s episode. Everything else is so negative. Love the no BS and versatility of topics you cover. Got lots of challenges from being a mom of two little kiddos, a medic, and really honing in my fitness journey, I’m definitely going to take a lot of info into this next month. Keep it up and keep us informed 😁

I agree, I really thought that bands were just for aesthetics when lifting, never thought about that it really helped at the top part of the lift. Enjoy your videos, keep it up! A lot of learnings everyday. My fave hour everyday.

Thank you guys for another great episode! I love listening to you guys while I do my weight training. Though I have a question as to what I should do. I recently started a cut considering I'm going through some stomach issues and I can't consume as much as I normally do (3000 cal usually) and I have felt my energy drop kind of severely. What can I do to have enough energy to train and function and/or should I just sacrifice strength training (temporarily) to just get my gut health?

Great show as always guys, such brilliant content both fitness and life. Also the way you speak always leads back to this truth "perception shapes your reality even in identical situations for each person". Never stop you have no idea how much you are helping people no matter what your discussing 💯.

Big fan of this….chains in particular. Also have you guys discussed earthquake bench press ? Big fan of that as well….as well as using it for squats and military press. As far as the red meat Q, I assume that the quality of the meat would have a factor. I would never buy “big box store” red meat….I buy grass fed meat. Great show ! 💪🏼

Just an FYI. There are sulfites in European wines. Sulfites are naturally occurring in wine production. SO2 (sulfite) is also added to preserve the wine through aging and post-bottling as wine is prone to oxidation. I believe wines produced in the USA need to label "contains sulfites" but in Europe labeling laws are different, not requiring this information.

30:21 It's not the space we're taking up that's the problem, it's about the negative impact we're having as it is. So to rephrase: "the entire human population can fit in Texas and it still manages to have a horrendous impact on Earth. Imagine if that population grew."
@romankoller71502 жыл бұрын
Don’t necessarily disagree with the red meat statement BUT the saturated fat intake should not be higher than 15% of your daily calorie intake (ideally not higher than 10%). High saturated fat intake is strongly linked to heart disease. Doesn’t necessarily matter if it doesn’t affect your LDL levels. That stuff takes years and years to wreak havoc on your heart.

THANK YOU for talking about the myth of over population! I read another article that said, if each person in the world had a one meter square, the world population could fit in NYC. Not New York State, NYC! Malthusian theory is trash.

It's not about space but resources. You'll have to be able to feed an ever growing population

They don't include food and fuel prices in inflation numbers so they can gaslight the poor and lower-middle class into voting in certain ways, because the poor and lower-middle class spending almost all of their available income (after housing) on food and fuel.
@jabarinath24522 жыл бұрын
Economist here. The inflation that you are speaking of is called "core inflation" where food and fuel is not included. The fact that core inflation is being reported solely instead of alongside inflation is ridiculous and misleading
