About your residential demand issue, Florida is full of condos. You can use row houses to simulate those condos, especially in downtown areas.

For your issue with the animals being still, you have to place the area/zone first and then place the spawners in the zone.

That's a pretty sweet technique with building and deleting the big roundabout for larger intersections. First I've seen of it. I think you need a second elementary school and a college and university if you want residential demand to even out a bit, and to start getting office demand too instead of just endless yellow industrial demand all the time.

Not true. FindIt or FindStuff with a picker tool allows you to find and place any asset in the game. Could also be done without mode using developer mode, but you'd have to know the name of the asset.

Try double clicking to add node while Anarchy is on, Anarchy wasn't enabled when you tried and turn your brush strength up when deleting trees 👍

Anarchy will allow you to build farmland outside the circle. Very convenient.

Haven't watched the whole thing through yet so I don't know if you figured it out yet, but you can add another pillar using a mod like FindIt or FindStuff and a picker tool to grab it and then duplicate it.

In cs2 they do this if you dont own that asset so you know to download it, also it wont crash your game for missing fields like in cs1 you can either download the asset or delete it im guessing it must be a palm tree from the beach dlc if you dont own that that dlc
