I understand the need for ads, but I swear in my life that I shall never buy any ad that doesn't allow me to skip on the 20s limit. It will become an inverse ad since I am starting to really hate those products.

This is my first time trying a workout with you. It was terrific! Enjoyed every moment and didn't feel anything was too strenuous or difficult. Sweated buckets too!

@@fitnessblender Good morning. I´m a 32 year old woman.. I am from a Latin American country. I am mostly sedentary, barely walk and doesn´t feel like going out that much. I think I weigh 58 kg or 127 pounds. I have been having trouble with attention, focus, sleep and my social life is a complete mess. I worry about my mental and brain health much more than I do concerning physical health. I am also suscribed to Dr. Eric Berg's channel and he claims that, among other things, for better cognitive function, aerobic exercise is the best type of workout routine to be done to improve our brains and I wonder since, your wonderful channel has plenty of videos I get lost easily trying to figure out which ones can work best for me to start with. Which playlist would you suggest that I initiate? I´d be glad to get an answer. As I said, I tend to get lost trying to pick a playlist of the many this channel has. Keep up the great job.

I have been mostly sedentary and I have heard Dr. Berg say aerobic exercises are also good for brain function, memory, mood, etc. There are plenty of videos to chooose from on this channel. I want to know which playlist I could start with. I am a 32 year old woman and I weigh 58 kg. I am worried about my brain health. I´d like a prompt answer. I can´t wait to start. This isn't my first time visiting this channel; I have been inconstent, indee and I don't want to make mistake by picking workout routines that may hurt me. That's way I want this inquiry clarified.

Hi fitness blender so I'm a teenage girl with a BMI of 23 which is quite all right but I am a skinny fat I have a fat percentage of 40 percent and I want to lose both fat and weight can you please a workout series for this without equipment please
