@@fitnessblender Good morning. I´m a 32 year old woman.. I am from a Latin American country. I am mostly sedentary, barely walk and doesn´t feel like going out that much. I think I weigh 58 kg or 127 pounds. I have been having trouble with attention, focus, sleep and my social life is a complete mess. I worry about my mental and brain health much more than I do concerning physical health. I am also suscribed to Dr. Eric Berg's channel and he claims that, among other things, for better cognitive function, aerobic exercise is the best type of workout routine to be done to improve our brains and I wonder since, your wonderful channel has plenty of videos I get lost easily trying to figure out which ones can work best for me to start with. Which playlist would you suggest that I initiate? I´d be glad to get an answer. As I said, I tend to get lost trying to pick a playlist of the many this channel has. Keep up the great job.
