Absolutely LOVED ❤IT! I crushed it and I’m a 68 yo female using 12-18 lb weights throughout this entire workout!

I love how all Sydney's workouts include warm up and cool down plus positive motivation speech at the end. I have tried many different channels but Sydney has always been one of my favorites.

Good format. Psychologically easier to push through harder knowing it’s only 20 seconds. Physically, still a sweaty workout!

My mom passed away and I haven’t worked out in three weeks. I knew I had to get back into it, and I had no idea where to start. I opened my KZbin and this video was top of my screen. This workout was actually borderline unsafe. Wasn't a fan of this type of quick movements. Her workouts lately have changed for the worse it seems .

@@vatd112 Just need to slow down your movements to make it work for you. All her workouts can be modified to meet our individual needs and abilities 😀

@@vatd112 I used to regularly do Sydney's workouts which I enjoyed, but stopped quite a few months ago. Just don't care for the direction that she went. It's mostly 30 minute workouts with heavy weights (which I don't have at home). Not interested in becoming a bodybuilder. I prefer 50-60 minute workouts. Non-stop cardio/high with low impact options is very important to get the heart rate up on a consistent basis. Strength training is also important, but no one wants to feel like a failure if they can't lift 20-35+ pounds.

Missed some tabata for sure! Time moves quickly but you get such a great sweat and burn on! I am out of breath and need to take some extra time to stretch,cooldown, and recover. Great way to start the last week of REPS!!! 🥵🥵🥵🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🔥🔥🔥💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

There are times when it’s so hard to be positive about my body my life my choices. Then I workout with Sydney and my positivity seems to return. Her faith in me makes me think my disappointment and look forward to the new day new choices and the new chapter that only I can write ❤

Good for you! Many years ago, I had to pause working out for 5 weeks due to a medical procedure and it was tough coming back. Was so worried I would lose all my fitness when I work out religiously 4-5 times/week. It took time to get back to where I was at prior to. Just curious, how did you find it after not working out for three months? Were you really sore afterwards?

This workout is why I love Sydney! The work periods are intense, the weights are heavy, and you get a real, effective strength workout in 30 min. Only she can make you sweat doing bicep curls! 😂 great workout, super sweaty, loved it! Thank you!

Burner round was a challenge at the end. I liked the switch from shoulder reps to the legs. The workout flew by.

Love alternating between lower and upper body. Tabata for strength training isn’t my favorite though. The short transition times make it hard to switch dumbbell weight and feels rushed. I found I kept the same weight instead of going up when I knew I could. Loving the REPS program so far and looking forward to the next workout.
