Great start. I'm more than 4 times your age but following Paul's tips I'm making great progress. Given my age I'll probably hit my limit in 5-10 years but you've got so much room to grow. Keep at it.

Thanks for the great vid Paul, will definitely use some of these in my HSPU journey. Quick Q: would you recommend also doing some rotator cuff exercises in parallel to HSPU work?
