Im 13 and i just started calisthenics. I can do 15 push ups and 3 pull ups

Great start. I'm more than 4 times your age but following Paul's tips I'm making great progress. Given my age I'll probably hit my limit in 5-10 years but you've got so much room to grow. Keep at it.
