Hello everyone,
Here we go, it is the start of our last week and today we are going to have a good look at the kick-up to a handstand.

If you really struggle with the kick-up I recommend you do a bit of detective work and find out why that might be. It could be because:
1. you don't stack the shoulders and the torso properly and don't round the back, this is often due to fear
2. You are not jumping properly or you are not getting the timing right
3. Your shoulders are tight, so you are forces into a banana shape in the last part of the kick-up because your shoulders won't open.

I'm doing the course for the 2nd time (this time it is very streched out in time, unfortunately), but only you manage to make me stop tencing up and breathe. Yoga didn't work for me at all in that regard. Thank you again for the lessons!

Ab 3ork in this hard but didn't give up thankypu! Am fee days behind but loving this, feel this is helping evem though I cam do it off the wall its helping me position better and build right, muscles and even my braim

Take you time, you can do this at your own speed. Step by step goes a long way in terms of strength :)

Ist leider nur ein Wohnzimmer, was du hier siest. Ich habe kein Studio werde aber im Oktober in Berlin im Katapult workshop space eine Workshop geben.
