The reason there are so many people doing the wrong technique, because trainers at most gyms don't take any notice unless they are getting paid

should you also include this shoulder rotation/stretch in seated cable rows? or only with dumbbell rows?

I think OCB pros do that variation because they’re trying to target the lower lats more, which is a bit harder to attain

Free weights are meant to move perpendicular to the floor while working out and not tangentially. Instead, try performing the same exercise on an inclined bench(35degree elevated).

Pero ya muchos youtubers recomiendan que este ejercicio ya no se debe hacer x q daña la columna.

Just an opinion but I find cables (not seated, actual cable single arm rows) help take the gravity element out of rows and there for doesn’t have to be so static. Unless you are an absolute unit and require huge amounts of weights. Some exercises even done the right way will wear you down. My back and shoulders have benefited from looking for non gravity related alternatives. Ie not perpendicular to the ground all the time. Still good video.

i honestly wouldn't train a client to row like that i know with your knee on the bench your core is not engaged and without your core fully engaged you are putting the body at risk ive heard that a hernia is at risk either way i personally would train standing because i believe it is safer and more beneficial
