I have been using neem/karanja cake & mustard seed meal from watching this channel. I have had ZERO issues with gnats and have taken down my yellow traps because the are a non-issue, also helps using rice hulls as a mulch. I mix into soil at about a tablesppon per 1.5 cu ft of soil. and at a top dress of half a teaspoon per pot does the trick, go lightly. Thanks a bunch, I keep preeching it but not everyone listens.

"ZERO" issues with gnats? Zero? Seriously good for you. But in every "other" garden fungus gnats proliferate in spring and the fall. Because that's what they do if your soil is alive with the biology your plants need for optimal health. Mark your calendar. Gnats in March-April, October-November. Keep the traps during these times. There is no magic bullet. Nature finds a way. And so do salespeople trying to separate you from your provision. Jeromy is top notch but he still needs to make money in this hustle and sells a lot of widgets with "hopeful" results. No guarantees remember?

I have been using the AutoPot Ez2Go system with clay pebbles in the bottom of the pots for years. I wanted to give the Tray2Grow system a try and eliminate the clay pebbles in the bottom of the pots. I’m growing in 3x3 tents. 4x4 tents are what the Tray2Grow system is designed to fit in. So left with no other options, I built my own DIY Tray2Grow system using some plant risers & custom cut the AutoPot Capillary Matting & Root Control Sheet to fit. Works Great❗👍✌

This is a new one @buildasoil, Jeremy one of my flowers is oozing a viscous golden/clear resin that tastes like sweet honey with fruity floral notes. Is this nectar like bees and hummingbirds eat? I've grown so many plants for decades and never seen this. I could spread it on buttered toast it was so good. Update: This is called Guttation and is normal in many plants.

I made a Horse trough into an Earth Box but the gutter is the fill tube. There is a permeable pipe at the end of the gutter inside the trough. Water but not soil passes in and out. When the water lever reaches 5" it hits the pipe again but drains out into a French drain away from the house. you have to cut a 4" D howl through medal but its not that hard. the more you can sink it the more stable in temp it will be. you want the whole thing as low as possible. -The frost line varies but being close to the equator its not that deep. the temp stays around 65.- so we abuse that. The dream is to draw air from the surface and use solar fans to pump it through an underground tunnel and back to us. This would turn hot air cold or cold air hot. This combined with the suns path through the sky depending on where you are. You could make a greenhouse that harvests rain water/feeds and vents/Air Condition its self. you have to make a system of voids that hold water and AIR but keep out soil. More permeable 4 inch corrugated tubes, cut to fit like a Jinga puzzle one layer with the drain. 3rd season and it works. Build a Soil cover crop is in front of it. I did the same thing with 1 big circular live stock container. Imagine a horse tough but spin it around from one end. it just catches rain water, holds on to it and sheds it when it gets too much. its the same SIP sub-irrigated planter idea from 5 gal buckets to 800 gal live stock troughs haven't touched it and I have a garden as well as any tree seedling I find goes in there. I see them come back and they are my honey badgers

I decided to just ask a question then wht i was originally gonna say . Jeremy, wht are ur thoughts on cannabis cultivars that exhibit multiple cannabinoid ratios of multiple cannabinoids, and have u experienced any tht have high terpine levels and good flavor ?! Lets look at a profile hypothetically. 20% thc , 3% cbd , 2% cbg , and 4% cbn . And 4% terps . I think with time and dedication, this is achievable through slection . I also think it would be so much more beneficial 2 all users a tru Entourage experience !!! More medicinal and even more stoney , im sure like most kno its not the budz tht say 29% thc tht make me feel the best !!!! I would luv to see some of these genetics explored on a future season !!! Thanks for ur time amd energy !!!

I would love to hear your opinion on compost teas, coot says they’re worthless and have no scientific backing showing they have any benefits, if anything he argues that there’s scientific evidence that shows that they aren’t beneficial, I would love to see you address this, teas are a pain to make and I personally feel that they provide minimal results, especially if you have a healthy ecosystem already going in your bed/container, so I’m curious do you think compost teas are worth all of the effort or do you think they’re a waste of time and energy that could be better spent elsewhere? And do you feel like you actually see a benefit from them? I’m really not sure that I have seen any difference in the past when I’ve used them

This channel is now so…specialized, with unnecessary products that is now useless. Essentially it’s, “watch me do stuff u don’t have access to, mostly for no reason…but tells us we don’t need to buy. (Which we don’t). It was good, useful for a while, but you’ve painted urself into an unfavorable corner J. Useless. Or at least no longer worth the squeeze.

This guy talks about all the research he does but it really does not come Through in any cohesive manner. I feel talking points are being used to excite interest and there is no follow through. Hype media marketing go back to school bro if you wanna level up

Hey guys, love the vids as always. I have a question about mustard meal. I’m in the uk so can’t buy yours so I’m wondering if I can buy some organic mustard seeds here and grind them up or is there something special about the seeds you use. I’ve been having gnat problems this round and none of my usual practices are working. Would love to try the mustard at the end of this round if I can? And just to add. You’ve answered a few of my questions so far on the faq’s and for that and all the awesome info I’ve learned from you, I love you and your team. Thank you, I couldn’t be happier with my results! 💚👊

Many things cause the hairs to dry up and change color, possibly because of pollination, possibly because of too much direct wind, stress, etc

@@brendanjahoda5450 pollination. No. Wind. No. One plant is like that and the other isn't.
