I think this manual digging of foundation is making building houses expensive in Nigeria,l'm sure there are machines that would dig foundations quicker and cheaper.Even machines that would fill the foundations with concrete instead of manually.At least you have a machine for compacting the foundations,which is very good.How big is this house then in square meters?Thank you.

Thank you so much for the updated, i listened to the complete process of the duplex and my major fear was the cost of rod. I would have gone to the market and asked the price my self but because am not around so please could you help me with the prices of rod.

In my area Complete 16mm is sold for 17,200 while incomplete is sold at 16,000 Complete 12mm is sold at 9500, while incomplete is sold at 9000 10mm is sold at 7500 8mm is sold at 4,000 and 20kg of binding is sold at 30,000 This is today’s price… I hope it helps
