I do wonder how long the shop will stay nice... It's worth noting that the most expensive way you could steal used tools would be to rent a 3 bedroom house. Thing is if you steal something he will know who it is, he'll have all their contact info. Plus it's the same deal with all Air B&Bs there is a certain level of trust there. Obviously there are cases where people steal the TVs, electronics and all the furniture but thankfully those are extremely rare. Only thing I can see going missing is the communal spare parts bin with valve caps, shifter cables etc cuz it seems like the equivalent of taking the hotel shampoo and what not.
@inventiveowl3953 жыл бұрын
When you check out of rental places, you usually go through the place with a person who checks whether there is some damage etc, or they do it after you leave and in case there's something missing etc, they'll send you a check..

Good idea but he probably has fewer inner tubes than bikes lying around. Most of them likely never used, strapped to a frame for emergencies. I'm thinking a pair of used up tires would also work.
