BUILDING A CUSTOM GRILLE - FORD F100 TRUCK

With the one piece front end fabrication done, it is time to look at the grille. The original grille is in bad shape, so I decided to build a completely new custom grille for Crackpot, the Ford F100 truck rat rod style build I'm currently busy with. This video is the first installment of the custom grille fabrication process. In Part 2, I will tackle headlight and indicator positioning and fitment.

Hey I'm from newfoundland Canada and I done body work for a few years. Until I got diagnosed with Parkinson. One trick I've learned when welding, is to use a compressed air to cool the metal down. I've found this very effective with thin metal. I'd weld a bit then cool it down. Might be something you want to try. Love your work. Really cool.
