In all honesty. He does it the right way. He draws it in CAD instead of guess work. He makes it easier on his body by doing that because he’s not having to physically look and see if this will work. When he’s in CAD he can draw it up and see if it works or not. But it’s definitely hard work on the computer the brain is really having to work.. don’t get me wrong Drawing in cad is hard asf and it takes a year or so of practice to be good at it. But it’s not like how they fabricated back in the day with card board and pencils

With all of these other automotive KZbin channels losing their personalities because of various reasons, it’s so cool to see the members of the Cleetus team growing in their presence here. The different talents for each of these dudes is astounding. I love listening to Tye explain the process in such an in depth build. They’re all an integral part of the content here. This is now officially my favorite channel on KZbin.

Im so glad after all of theze years that Cleet has still got his best friend running the camera "Squirrel" they are what true friends are.. and you know Cleet has let Squirrel join in on most of his adventures because we have all seen that, so he can make a good living as well! Its good to see! But honestly not many ever leave Cleet so that tells you that they are satisfied and are taken care of i mean shoot one of Cleets biggest money making things is his merch and he has put his teams names and sayings on that as well and they get a huge cut from it! So it is safe to say that Ol Cleet takes care of the ones that help him!!

Cletus , I recommend spot cooling work areas with mini splits . Drop them down from the roof with all thread in strategically positioned areas . They are inexpensive to operate. These units come in all shapes. Dropping the down will keep you from having to cool the whole upper section of the shop Some insulated doors will help . For 5 k you could get a 3 ton setup in an area and do some experiments. I’m not a candidate for you advertising deal but I know how to think out of the box. You could mount side walls right above the tool boxes on that purlin. Screw 3:4 plywood the size of the split head that’s all you need. Over complicating air conditioning is unnecessary with deep pockets you can experiment and it won’t take long for you guys to be doing it yourself.

Hey Cleet, get you some ductless mini-splits for your shop! They’re perfect for big open spaces like that. Extremely affordable and extremely efficient. However many square feet you have, multiply by 20, that’s how many BTU’s you need. Then get to that BTU number by using 3 or 4 units. I keep 2,200 square feet of high bay shop cool in the Alabama sun and it cost less than $4k to install two 24,000 BTU units.

This. I've done a few of those here in AZ, they're incredible and really power efficient. The ones I buy are from a company in Miami, so not too far from Cleet. Pioneer / Parker Davis HVAC, super helpful to talk to for sizing/support/parts. I put one in my garage 2 years ago, best decision ever for working on cars in AZ. 115F outside, whatever I want inside.

@Boone9269
@Boone9269 Ай бұрын
You didn't have to write it.. The cost to put ac in there and make it usable is a project in itself, insulating walls, ceilings, and roofs, always keeping the doors closed to the shop, fumes from vehicles running, welding, chemicals, etc. It would be nice for the guys to have it but if it was an easy thing it'd be done already. Maybe they're planning on moving shops or building something new, who knows. I'm not being a dick either so don't get mad and start talking shit.
