Bit late to watch but I don't think you have to be afraid of overloading the pier. Those zigzag retaining walls you see may be sheet metal drilled in to provide the edge but filled in with earth and surfaced in concrete and tarmac. A cargo pier is not floating or suspended on pillars like the typical entertainment piers that come to mind ;) Harbour turned out very well

In ports there are actually a lot of warehouses and offices, just not inside the container bases, but outside, as well as some cafeterias for workers and parking for the trucks. Also usually there are open areas with lots of cars for export!

So true. Also, in a city of this size, it is also plausible to have an area for fishing vessels and a ferry area with passenger infrastructure. Even if they are a little bit close together, I think it would help give the area so much more personality and make it become "alive". Of course, this is nitpicking a lot from people who most likely spend more time than they wished in or around ports, there is nothing wrong with the port on the video, it is very nicely built. On my part, it’s just an idea in case T4rget decides to expand the port on the future.

The industry and farm areas looks great! The harbour too! Might be good to turn it into a functional one, to ship out all those lumbers. One thing I find a bit weird it the road leading into the farm area with the retaining walls, I think that road should be paved, since they spend a load of money to build the retaining walls, why not upgrade the road going through?

Actually, you did a great job with the warehouse idea for an abandoned dock. I've been to a lot of them while doing my job as a truck driver, and this is what they ended up doing with the dock buildings after it was shut down. Turn them into warehouses for commodities and make us of them that way

Wow! I really love how this series is evolving; it’s incredible! But I feel like you’re not really taking into account the signs above the building and how to find a solution for that….And seeing how the small industrial area is developing, it could have an impact on the residential area. Anyway, great video and more power to you! I can’t wait to see the next one

Nah, these generic industrial buildings don't generate too much air pollution. I don't plan on putting garbage services or oil/ore industry here.

Hey, how about adding some big light poles in the industrial coawst zone, in the bay. They generally have big big lights.
