I am making out of rough sawn pine trim for the house from trees. The stuff from the lumber yard is too speedy. Here is Harry's Channel. Check it out. • Lost in the Fog - 1700...

Sometimes the greatest beauty is in the imperfections !! If you look closely you'll see more then what meets the eye 👀👁️ !! You'll see the challenge you'll see the courage you'll see the failures you'll see the perseverance the endurance and the patience !! Finally you'll see victory , dignity , and gratitude !! Most of all you'll be able to share that with others and that is love my friend !!! The greatest of all !!!!!!!

That my girlfriend. She has been helping out a ton, and evading the camera largely.

It's incredible, after all these years, to see the house suddenly - and seemingly without warning - start to look like a home.

Thank you Will. We’ve just installed the bathroom sink upstairs. It’s so satisfying.

Kitchen looks awesome love the large stainless steel sink. I feel your frustration on the entry door 1/4” out of level. About 9 month after I completed my daughters gutted bedroom her door starts rubbing really bad and there’s no way anything shifted. The house was built in 1978. Pre-hung door I will most likely remove and reinstall squared up again

Looks like you need a weather seal sweep on the kitchen back door. Really looking good. It is coming together....

you need soft close on the drawers and cabinets #kamco #west system garden looks great, congrats on building a house out of trees - consider going with a heat pump and solar plus chop down a few more trees to lighten things up plus have more material, love the tile and flooring - consider doing some stenciled poly borders for brutalist or indian or asian tinge, mandala or julia set or mandelbrot too - you could also add some color

@@BusHuxley 10-4 - do some deer/turkey hunting this fall - they are a renewable resource and keep the tick pop down, consider a small orchard and also a forage plot for the local fauna, bat house and bird houses would be nice additions and up your alley as well - thanks for the great content #flavor town - dirigo edition

The drain geometry under the lavatory is not correct--the lav trap arm needs to be vented before it turns downward (or falls more than one pipe diameter) to prevent siphoning. So you will need either a longer tailpiece on the sink so you can lower the trap, or if your jurisdiction allows AAVs, you could add an AAV between the trap outlet and the elbow where the drain turns downward.
@BusHuxley
@BusHuxley Жыл бұрын
You maybe didn't see the plumbing video that showed that drain going into the vent stack right at the elbow. It works like a charm and nothing sucks it out when draining.

HI Bus, we lost our beautiful miniature long hair female dachshund Sugarfoot. I found her deceased when I went to bed on May 31. She was almost 14 years old. We got her when she was barely 8 weeks old. She was a companion to our male, Gunner's Coal. He will be 15 years old next March..
