That's a handy looking battery case. I wouldn't worry about a few milliamps difference. Any time I capacity test cells a 2nd time they always come out different so I'm not convinced the testers are all that accurate anyway.

Higher energy density than those SLA batteries but I wonder can it be used in an UPS.

Not really, as Lithium doesn't like being stored in a fully charged state, which is why lead acid is still used in that application.
