Building a Luxury kitchen unit in a campervan / motorhome

Building a kitchen unit in a LWB MAN tge or Crafter. This unit is being designed to house a combined gas / induction hob, a combination microwave / oven / grill , underslung sink, dual opening fridge , slide out worktop extension, and 5 drawers.
All of this in edgebanded lightweigh ply with a Staron solid surface worktop.
I show you how its put together and give tips on working with the materials.

What depth are your carcass gables and worktop depth ? Great video as you say you can never have enough clamps😊

The main Carcass depth is the same as the fridge width, so its approx 423mm internally. On top of that you have a front and rear panel of 15mm. The worktop has about 10mm of overlap except at the sliding door pillar where it is level with the carcass. The unit does extend about 40mm where the oven / hob is located.
