You can actually let your allies hold a postion. Press then hold CTRL to select the units first. If you ONLY press CTRL again they'll just stay but will move when an enemy is in sight. However, if you press and HOLD CTRL again, they'll lock in position.

@@Aparou27 I’ve played it after you replied and you’re right it’s exactly the same but kingdom has a way cooler art style, although I was pissed with how when I went to a new land and started my kingdom from 0 again the enemies were STILL the level of my older kingdom, on top of the boat being very hard to build and go back home, my crown was stolen. But other than that 10/10

I don't think the spearmen or knights should really replenish during battle. Every morning, sure. But unless they are seriously going to make the enemies hard, it seems a little cheap to have unlimited defense like that. It didn't even seem like it was that much of a cooldown until they respawned.
