You can get a lot of starter-level quality items on a budget at Target and Kohls. Almost everything he discussed here can be found between those two stores, and since you're likely still growing and will need new clothes again within a year or two, you're not spending the big bucks on something that can't last you long-term because you'll outgrow it.

I recently bought some bottle green doc martens and absolutely love them. I have 2 pairs of jeans I style them with and they’re super different but both go with pretty much everything in my wardrobe. Black slim fit jeans with the boots over them, or my cream oversized jeans that I roll up so they hang just below the top of the boots to show them more. I usually wear bigger tops with slimmer fit jeans and more fitted tops with baggier jeans, if I go baggy with both it just makes me look a lot bigger than I am. I’m on the heavier side so I prefer not to wear things that highlight that 😅

The problem I keep having with these guides is that it's not that I need help figuring out which items I need for my wardrobe, it's knowing what storefronts to buy from. I find the fashion process really tedious and the biggest aspect of that is there are like hundreds of stores and brands and it's fuckin overwhelming.

Most men hate It. The only men that likes fahion arr vain or get's alot of attention from women because they are already good looking.. And honestly this guide was shit. You are better off browsing Instagram on some hashtags like 'mens style' or 'men fashion' and get some pointers from there. Compare that to what you have in your wardrobe and complement with purchases. And stay safe with the items and colors you choose, tan/brown, light blue/dark blue, white/grey/black are some very safe colors.. I would focus on 4 colors per upper/lower body part and also 4 different shoes so you can mix n match. One mix is for instance sand colored sued shoes, black pants, white shirt and a sand colored jacnet - clean and you matched two garments!
