If your going to powder coat the bumper you might want to put a radius on any sharp edges such as the tow hooks the powder coat will peel off there first..

Hey man! Trucks looking good! I like the bumper, also before you take it to powercoat you might want to modify each end, with the SAS your axle is pushed forward and when its flexed out it looks like your tires will hit the bumper. I had to cut the ends of my old bumper to accommodate the rub. Would really suck to powdercoat it and realize you need to take a grinder to it again!

hey man i am just starting onto the road of learning the TDi-3.slow swap, what is your recommendation as far as data to start learning from? I have a 94 4runner with 328000 miles i have managed to get the old girl to 20mpg, however even with decent mpg i need to work to better the torque and mpg with these west coast fuel prices, as i dont have to many limbs left and since i sold off the first born already for fuel an well they have legislation to put WA state on a pay per mile tax. Ps. i like the bumper kit. One has to love the ol flapper wheels when breaking the edges. any who i was wondering if you could post some of the resources you used for your research on the electrical an what not. Keep up the great work. the ol girl is looking good. i caint wait to see how the power and economy is on it when finished. GOOOOOOOOD Luck

Just looked at move’s website and they don’t offer a option for a winch plate for Toyota’s 83-88 or 89-95. Did you have to talk to the personally to get that option
