Can I play with your save file? Yes, I release a public save every 10 episodes. Tier 3 patrons receive every file.
How did you get your graphics like that? I am using the RenderIt Heat preset which is listed in the mod list. There is NO LUT.
Will you add x/y/z mod or asset? Feel free to leave suggestions in the comments but Thessia will not become hugely modded & asset heavy. There is enough in the game now with all packs & DLC.
What DLC do you have? All of them and every new one as it comes out.
Why are you not putting pipes under the roads? Huge waste of nodes and I need them for building. 81 tiles has an option to remove the need for them.

If you don’t have the aviation club in Thessia, you could put it as a short WW2 strip kept on as naval aviator training for the short field/aircraft carrier training!

I was in the navy based in Perth and I love your build! Some notes you might find interesting is that fremantle harbour is purely domestic shipping these days with the occasional visiting warship from foreign navies docking there for a few days. The main navy base (fleet base west) is actually located on an island further south. There are plans in place to move the main freight infrastructure down next to the navy base due to the fact that Fremantle is so old and just can't keep up with the modern demands. I live right next to where the new cargo harbour has been proposed and you might get some inspiration from the current infrastructure around here. The Kwinana/Rockingham area currently has an established bulk grain and oil shipping industry.

Really fun inclusion of the shipyard next to your dry docks. One thing seen on Google Maps in Freemantle is a tall sailing ship. I looked it up and apparently it's a new-ish (1980s) training ship that teaches youth how to sail. A sailing ship would look fantastic next to the aircraft carrier.

Very cool build!!! My dad was retired Air Force and for 4 yrs. we were stationed right outside of Pearl Harbor, and I remember seeing places like this there. Very good build and love the ship coming in and out!🤩

Love the build and seeing such cool representations of home. We locals call it Freo (Free -o). It's pronounced Free-mantle. The port nowadays is mainly used for domestic use with very little naval usage. A large portion of the docklands is now used as a naval museum and collage for marine studies and sailing/ Sea rescue.

Hot Shots! meets Down Periscope 😆if it's possible you need to put a Gerry or a Mitch (on a horse) on the aircraft carrier just for sh*ts and giggles 😁 also leave the cars floating, it's Thessia after all, where else would the cars float? I’m sad I missed this build when it came out. I love seeing the Navy assets. Looks very believable as a pier that foreign navy and foreign research vessels could use when they visit Thessia when they make diplomatic port calls. In many cities around the world, when foreign navies visit, they tie up at some pretty random locations. This looks like a US carrier visiting Thessia, amazing. The Australian Navy flies MH-60R Seahawk helicopters, which is the same as the US Navy. So those helicopters you placed make perfect sense.

i usually dont watch cs1 content but since i have been sailing the sea for many years and spent plenty of weeks in different shipyards around the world, this one lured me in, especially since i just tried to mock up a dry dock and ship scrapyard in CS2 and wanted to see how something like that will look like in CS1. My mocked up drydock actually came out better than expected and i was a bit disappointed when you just popped a prefab for it. But overall, the area came out very nice. In terms of detailing around a shipyard, i would expect more scaffolding in general around the ships in use or just stored somewhere for later use, the same with plenty of scrap metal, used pallets, garbage containers etc. but especially regarding scaffolding, im not sure if such props or assets exist in cs1 either.

Most folks don't use custom vehicles, which is unfortunate, because you can do some neat stuff to really build a theme. It's goofy as heck but I like having the quinjets from the avengers pulling into my airport.

Hate to burst your build…. But those car parks in Fremantle service a ferry line from Fremantle to Rottnest island. You could maybe squeeze one in for a service from Dolphin Harbour - the volcano island. Also is it possible to switch out the cruise ship model on that dry dock for a war ship the same way you did for the cargo harbours? Think that would really sell the area

Could you get just the dry dock from the shipyard as a sub building, use a couple of them as submarine dry docks and actually put the submarines in the bottom of it. I think it would look more realistic.

It's pronounced "Freemantle" and it's normally shortened to Freo (like literally every word in Australia that's more than two syllables).

OMG the LOD on the submarine is crap. I need to revisit that asset. I play with ULOD on and the prop distance thingy set on "goodbye" so i didn't realized how bad the game generated LOD is....I'm so sorry. I'll revisit those assets and do a proper LOD> Also you should use the prop painter on it to reduce the brightness and see the real colors of the sub.
