At the begging when making this top foam looks very shiny

very cool, just wondering what type of blade you are using in your table saw?

It's just a wood blade. But not a fin tooth for finish wood. Those tend to bind up because it doesn't remove the foam very well.

@@Paulsprops-dc4mt thanks, that is what I was wondering if it was a rough blade or a fine blade. I never cut foam with a table saw but have a few projects that would make a table saw easier. Happy Halloween

Thank you, It's a 32" Rapunzel doll. I picked it up off the marketplace. The Arial dolls are the same as well. I like those because the arms and legs have a lot of movement's to them.

The top part of foam looks shiny you didn't say if it's coated what's on the foam ???

Could just be the way the light is hitting it. But all the paints are a satin paint. There is no other coating apply after.
