Ha ha I was gonna make one cause I had all the stuff and then I saw how hard you had to blow and with my asthma I decided to pass. But if my kids were little I definitely would try this !! I thought the same thing you said “a kazoo sandwich “ Fun video

It was fun but the results were a bit underwhelming. Still... I love DIY projects. Thanks for checking it out.

Hi Kale, Sometimes we just don't know 'til we try. Good try. I think I'll save my rubber bands to hold the wings on my model planes and for shooting spit wads. Blessings from the Emerald City

Very true. I never regret building stuff but sometimes the results are underwhelming. Thanks for tuning in.

you can try to stretch rubber band (large one), maybe this improve its sound
@musicalmiscellany2 жыл бұрын
That's a good point. You could do some prototyping with different types of straws and different sizes of rubber band to get the perfect combo. I am probably not going to attempt that though. LOL.

I use to do this when I was a cub scout. I really annoyed my parents. I also made Kazoo noisemaker out of just a strew with the end flattened and a triangular reed mouthpiece cut into the flat end.

I could see how that could annoy a parent. LOL. Thanks for checking out the video.

@@musicalmiscellany I use to build aeolian harps out of steel fence post and pallet strapping pull really tight. that got them too

If it keeps the kids quiet while they are building it it's a perfect kazoo 🤣

It really did. I can see where this would be a fun project for kids at summer camp but not much of an instrument. LOL. Thanks for watching all the same.
