Great video and the 924 is such a great candidate for a safari conversion.. Regarding the HVAC fan issue, its most likely the resistor and its a well known issue as they get older. Happened to my 968, fan only running at full speed. When the car was in the shop, my mechanic fixed it in 15 min just cleaning/adjusting and it has worked fine since.

Thanks for the info, but my problem is not with the radiator fan, but the fresh air fan. Any advice on that?

⁠Yes they did @@Narve-ij7wi, but I had very little clearance in the front. I think they would have damaged the front fenders if the suspension was compressed more than usual.

Fan only running at high speed is a wellknown issue. Most likely the thermostat. Just install a new one. Its not expensive 🙂
