My home is in the forest, so we are always waiting for the next fire. Looks heavy but two people and a dolly will make it to the utility trailer. Looks good for me to make one to go in the Ham Shack and then move if we have to bug out.

Similar idea. I started to build it NOT for POTA or SOTA, but to bring it to my summer cabin once or twice a year. It really is heavy but I can still move it short distances by myself. I'm 60 years old with below average physical condition.

Hi. What is the weight ?
@va3be_radio Жыл бұрын
Hello Greg My go box version 1 was 51.8 lb, which was already 0.8 lb over the target weight, so I didn't bother to check version 2, but about 60 lb, give or take. Thanks and 73

It's 59.7 lb, so I'm scratching my head to reduce the weight

that's mobile not portable. I would say that this is probably not very portable either as its probably so heavy. The older I get the smaller and lighter I want for my portable stuff. Mobile can weigh more because its in my vehicle.

You're 100% right Mike Dictionary says 'able to be EASILY carried or moved' It's definitely not EASY to carry, so I named it WRONG. Now I know
