I’ve built a few computers in my day and I’ve watched a lot of build videos to make sure I’m doing things right. Your video was by far the clearest, most approachable, and best paced of any build video. Thank you! This was so great!!

Where does it say to use slots A2 and B4 for memory? Other presenter told that the manual states as A1 and B3. Did you read the manual?
@ThisBytesForYou9 ай бұрын
I did, did you?, They didn't either it seems, I did not say A2 and B4 I said A2 and B2, did you watch the video, check out page 28: download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/B550-APRO_EN.pdf What other "presenter" stated A1 and B3?
@kamertonaudiophileplayer8479 ай бұрын
@@ThisBytesForYou No, I didn't. I never build a PC, it's why I like to watch videos as yours to learn a lot from experienced guys, like you. Regarding confusion between B2 and B4, again you are the best here, the board has only two B slots. Why B4? Again, watching videos from less experienced guys, made the impression.

Watch at 4:01, Slot 1, is A1, slot 2 is A2, slot 3 is B2 and slot 4 is B2, check the manual on page 28, like I linked up download.msi.com/archive/mnu_exe/mb/B550-APRO_EN.pdf I hope this video helps you build your first PC

Hi i can I have two choices i can build a pc with 12400F DDR5 + 7700XT or 7600X + 6750XT For the same price so which one i should prefer GPU or CPU I will be using for gaming and live streaming mainly and some lil bit mining (7700XT is 25% to 30% better than 6750XT)

12400F with 7700XT for sure. I will be discussing I think soon about amd vs intel, but it may take me some time.

Very professional and informative. Thank you so much for all your effort and care you put to make such great videos. I actually have a very similar build to the one on the video. Here’s the question though, my drivers are out of date and I keep getting BSOD now and then, do you know any reliable way to automatically get them updated? I think that’s what’s causing the issue.
@ThisBytesForYou4 ай бұрын
I dont recommend EVER using an auto driver program, how long have you have that system with Windows installed on it, that same install of Windows, how old is it?
@bibiixer4 ай бұрын
@@ThisBytesForYou I’ve have had this pc since 2020. I downloaded windows 11 in 2022. Back in 2021 I was stuck in a BSOD loop and had to take it to a shop to fix it. Now, I keep getting ram related (according to google) blue screens of death, even though the ram is barely 3 years old.
@ThisBytesForYou4 ай бұрын
@@bibiixer so a few things, first, not to insult you, but to help you, you need to watch this video: kzbin.infowSOf4xWFbL8 Second, NEVER NEVER NEVER, upgrade your OS, always do a clean install, if you upgrade you will always have issues, and you will hate a perfectly good OS. 3 years old is a bit old PC wise, ESPECIALLY for your OS, the older your Windows install gets, the more bogged down it gets. You install Tons of programs, download tons of programs (As the video I attached mentioned, installed and download are different), browse tons of websites, this all builds trash and mucks up your system, making it slower. Every year, sometimes, twice a years, I erase my drive and reinstall windows, all the drivers and the programs and it brings your PC back to the performance one day one, but actually better because there are newer drivers, that give you better performance. So I can help you on this, 1. Motherboard - manufacturer and exact model number 2. CPU - manufacturer and exact model number 3. RAM - manufacturer and exact model number 4. Video Card - manufacturer and exact model number 5. Power supply - manufacturer and exact model number 6. Monitor - manufacturer and exact model number 7. What version of Windows are you running, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, 11? 8. Is it 32Bit or 64Bit? 9. This video will help you identify hardware inside your PC: kzbin.info/www/bejne/bGa9hJyMftJ9rpI

1 more question with the cpu and motherboard will i have to update the bios for it to be compatible with the ryzen 5 5600?
@ThisBytesForYou4 ай бұрын
My friend, you can ask me questions for ever, I am here to help. As for the CPU no, you won't need to flash it unless it was an X, but you should flash it anyway. Form the Base BIOs that the board comes with (which will be years old) till the latest BIOS they have fixed so many memory, CPU, PCIE, graphics cards issues and security issues, you NEED to update it to be safe and to make sure your stuff works well.

My friend, that would have been WELL over $720, it would have been 820, thats with a 6700, not a 6750. Doesn't make sense, regardless, there is a reason I did it this way, aside from keeping the cost down and I will go over it within the videos, I hint that in the video too. 6700 $329.99 5500 $119.00 5600 149.99 6500 179.99
