I appreciate your video Steven...but I would done almost everything differently. To liberate more room at the BMS, you can use cutt off top and bottom cell dividers under the BMS for probably an aggregate 2mm top, 2mm bottom = 4mm total which would allow the pack to sit lower in the case and even allow you to use your old 12mm thick Daly BMS. If any cell instability, you can use a diaelectric tape to secure the cells...silicone or generic glue. Second point is...I would wrap the inside of the battery pack to prevent shorting. Use fish paper which is anti conductive...at least one layer between BMS and battery cell cases for isolation. Last point is...Riv Nuts are always the solution for mounting shark style batteries to bicycle frames. Qty=4 is generally the recommended amount due to battery mass. If you want even a more secure mounting strategy, use a Grin Inc. "Triple Bob' between the battery tray and frame to help stabilize the battery. For the BBS02, I suggest running a larger Amp-hr battery for a bit more capacity. Not just for range, but how long the battery will last by undercharging it between 80 and 30 percent capacity to optimize cycle life. Thanks for your videos.

Ive fitted Daly 13s BMS here without cutting anything. They`ve sent you wrong lower part of housing.

Do u not put any positive thick wire onto the bms? Is the positive bms harness wire enough for the out +red and the out + charger ? Fairly new havin't made a full battery yet but i have changed bms fixed broke wires and other jobs that come with batteries ie changing singles pcks just not fully built one yet but will be soon and im just fishing for as much in fo as possible,thanks

BMS only controls the negative side of the battery. No big positive cable.

Yup I opened the battery back up after the end of the video and removed the crimps and shortened the wires to make everything fit better. 👍
