I finally completed the CB500 race bike build just a handful of days before my first race outing on the bike.

Overall this bike cost me just under £2000 including buying the original bike for £700. I kept costs low by buying most things used (used items marked with a *)

😂 Yeah slow progress eh? That certainly could have happened but I don't have the garage any more! Was a scalable option at least Cheers! I had some great racing there. Rewatching the race footage got me itching for me!

where did you find the list of components that needed to be lock wired?

It was in the Thundersport 500 regulations - each club should mention in their regulations for each class what needs to be lock wired but usually it's a minimum of; Oil filter Oil sump plug Oil filler plug
