Building A Reduction Box with A Marlin Crawler Adapter | Samantha Vlog 5

In this episode, we are building a reduction with a marlin crawler adapter. This is the first step in the process to build Dual Cases. The reason you want dual cases is so you can go slow, very slow, and when you have lots of torque and control it makes it much easier to rock crawl.

I remember working at Inchworm, and have done this process hundreds of times. The snap ring on the rear output shaft is one of the most frustrating snap rings I've ever had to deal with. Great vid Jimmy! TOOL TIP: a double jointed snap ring plyer is the easiest pair of plyers to remove said snap ring.

Dual transmissions are even cooler! Plus they’re a lot cheaper and is a lot slower than dual cases.
