Aaron, I know you don't remember me but my wife and I had a great time at your booth at the Sheridan trade show. We were there on Saturday morning and were going a little nuts over the sheer variety of stuff that you had for sale. I have looked at your website since then and I am even more impressed by the quantity and quality of merchandise you have for sale. I am also an Army veteran although my time in the service was much earlier than yours, I was on active duty from 1980 to 1984, in the Field Artillery. I run a leather craft workshop a couple a of times a month at a small veterans organization here where I live called the Veterans Art Center. I have actually been away from this for some time because of back problems, today will be my first time back and I will definitely be introducing the guys to your website.

Hi Aaron, great video and did I ever learn something great today. Tyvek Card pockets, OMG. I've made a few billfolds using the standard "V" leather patterns using leather skived as thin as I could and the pockets always look pregnant. using this process with Tyvek is great and the pockets look nice and flat. Aaron. just ran into an issue with the sticky tape, i have discovered that if i put the tape directly on the edge of the cut lines the tape will "travel" as cards are being put in and taken out. i think a good way to remedy this is by leaving about 1 to 2 mm of space just under the line and then make the crease of the TYVEK slightly over the tape but still under the cut line. i am currently remaking the pocket i ran into this issue with. but out of curiosity and for future reference, is there another way to affix the tyvek without the use of the tape?
