A train line connection underground from the airports to all 3 islands and cargo harbors would be a good shout, it is quite sad thats a tool we really need is terrain anarchy great idea I would use it all over the place

Try build a tran cargo station. That will pick goods from the airport to the cargo train station the truck will pick goods there
