Just sink two 4x6’s in front, like you did in the back. Wall won’t fall. Bullets will go between the RR ties. I stacked an offset row of ties behind the first stack to keep them from going past the backstop.

Good call on the lag screw, those things always work. Pretty sure those RRT are very dense.

I would just put two more posts in front and stack the cross ties in the center of them!! I don't believe it would fall down then! Save time and money money.
